If your vehicle is equipped with navigation, you can stay focused on the road ahead and let your Infiniti InTouch™ system guide you to your destination with visual maps and voice commands. You can also use the in-vehicle Compass App to find your exact GPS location, including latitude and longitude coordinates [[1]][[2]].

DESTINATION SEARCH

Find Points Of Interest (POI) before getting into your Infiniti and send the locations directly to your vehicle using Destination Send-to-Vehicle. You can also find POIs by simply touching the corresponding icon on your Infiniti InTouch™ screen. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, use Destination Assistance. An interactive voice response system will help you find the directions you need.

ENHANCED TRAFFIC INFORMATION

SiriusXM® Traffic and NavTraffic services provide details like traffic speed, road closures due to accidents, and construction on your route, all enhancing your journey by helping you get to your destination faster and more easily. Plus, with SiriusXM® Travel Link Fuel Prices, you’ll always know where to find the nearest—and most affordable—gas stations [[3]].

Search by keyword to locate places—like ATMs, supermarkets, and golf courses—near your current location or final destination. You can also find POIs by selecting a category from your display screen. [[5]]

RESULTS LIST
The search results list will display each POI's name, rating, and distance from your current location. You can even sort the list to see them in order of highest rated or those closest to you.

DISPLAY ON MAP
You can display your search results on a map screen to get a better idea of where each POI is located.

GOOGLE SEND-TO-CAR
Find your destination before you even leave home. Using your favorite connected device [[10]], send an address to your Infiniti InTouch™ system via the Send-To-Car website. When you start your vehicle, select the 'Sent To Car' button. The address will be delivered and loaded into the system. [[5]] [[6]] [[7]]

SIRIUS XM FUEL PRICES

This service provides pricing details for a variety of fuel types, at gas stations nationwide. Not only will it tell you the calculated mileage between you and the nearest stations, it'll also show you fuel prices so you can always find the best deal. [[8]]

Find your destination before you even leave home with the Infiniti Connection™ Mobile App or Web Portal. This unique in-vehicle app was developed by Infiniti to provide you with various vehicle performance details, like vehicle and engine speed, fuel flow and fuel consumption information, cornering G and steering specifics.

EMAIL

Connect to your personal email accounts through your Infiniti InTouch™ system. Your vehicle will be able to read your incoming emails out loud as you drive. [[7]]

CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT
To set up your Infiniti Email App, select which email account you want to connect to: Gmail, Yahoo!, or Outlook.com. To connect to any other email services, choose the Manual Setup.

PRIVACY
If multiple people have access to your Infiniti and privacy is a concern, you can set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You’ll need to enter your PIN each time you restart the engine if you want access to your email.

CLOCK

Function meets style with Infiniti’s unique in-vehicle Clock app. Choose from a variety of analog or digital clock screens to display the current time in your vehicle. You can also display several world clocks—a practical feature for those working with multi-city businesses or global ventures.

QUICK GUIDE

The Quick Guide App serves as a digital in-vehicle companion to Infiniti InTouch™. Learn how to use the system’s features as-you-go by accessing this interactive instructional guide whenever you need it.[[7]]

CALENDAR

Sync your personal calendar to your Infiniti InTouch™ system, and you’ll be able to conveniently review your appointments and meetings in your vehicle before you set out for the day. [[7]]

REMOTE DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK

If you forget to lock your vehicle or need to access it when you don’t have your keys handy, simply log in to the Infiniti Connection™ app or website, or call for quick and easy access to your vehicle.

Remote Door Lock/Unlock is a feature of Infiniti Connection™ and Infiniti Connection™ Plus, and comes with a 12-month trial.

SET UP NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES
Set up a notification preference on the Infiniti Connection™ app or website, and you’ll get a confirmation email, text or automated phone call everytime a door lock/unlock command is sent to your vehicle.

SET A DELAY PERIOD
For security reasons, your Infiniti will only remain unlocked for 30 seconds after you initiate a remote door unlock command. To allow more time to get to your vehicle, you can set a delay period of up to ten minutes.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION

Every month, your Infiniti InTouch™ system generates a Vehicle Health Report. Based on the mileage data contained in that report, you’ll automatically be notified when your next service appointment is due.

Scheduled Maintenance Notification is a feature of Infiniti Connection™ and Infiniti Connection™ Plus, and comes with a 12-month trial.

SAFETY & SECURITY

THE MOST IMPORTANT LUXURY

Whether you need a reminder, a little assistance, or help in an emergency, Infiniti Connection™ Personal Security features are there to help take care of you and your passengers.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation, press the SOS button to speak with a live Response Specialist. In case of an accident where air bags deploy, Infiniti’s Automatic Collision Notification will connect you to an agent who can dispatch response services, if needed. Infiniti agents can also provide roadside assistance, should you require towing or other help.

VEHICLE MONITORING

Keep track of your Infiniti, even after you’ve handed the keys over. Set the Max Speed and Valet Alerts, and receive notifications if the speed and boundary thresholds you’ve established are exceeded. Activate the Maintenance Alert, and you’ll be informed if a malfunction indicator is triggered in your vehicle. Set a ‘Drive Zone’ to be notified when your vehicle leaves or enters a specific region, and you’ll always know when your loved ones arrive at their destination. [[16]]

REPORT STOLEN VEHICLE

This Infiniti Connection™ feature can help you get your vehicle back in the unfortunate event that it is ever taken. Using sophisticated tracking technology, Infiniti will work with the authorities to assist them in locating and recovering your vehicle. [[7]]

AUTOMATIC COLLISION NOTIFICATION

In the event of an accident where your Infiniti’s air bags deploy, this feature will connect you—through a hands-free voice call—to a live Response Specialist who can dispatch emergency services if needed. [[7]]

INFORMATION TRANSMISSION
Infiniti InTouch™ will automatically transmit your GPS coordinates, as well as vehicle details like make, model and color, to a specially trained agent who can dispatch appropriate emergency services to your location.

ALARM NOTIFICATION

From the Infiniti Connection™ app or website, select your notification preference—email, text, and/or automated phone call —and you’ll be notified in real-time if your Infiniti’s vehicle alarm is triggered. [[7]]

MAINTENANCE ALERT

The Maintenance Alert will inform you if a malfunction light indicator is triggered in your vehicle. This feature helps you keep tabs on your Infiniti, even when you’re not in it.

NOTIFICATION TRIGGERS
Alerts can be triggered by any of the following sub-system malfunctions: low battery, low tire or oil pressure, brake, airbag, or engine issues. When a notification is received, Infiniti Connection™ will include recommendations on how to follow up to each alert.

NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES
On the Infiniti Connection™ app or website, select whether you want to be notified by email, text, or automated phone call when an alert is triggered.

VALET ALERT

Use Infiniti’s Maintenance Note app to keep track of your vehicle’s service history and repair work, and set upcoming maintenance reminders for things like oil changes and vehicle inspections. A maintenance record log can help you avoid duplicate services and improve your vehicle’s resale value.

INSTALLING THE APP
When you access the app for the first time, you might first need to install it. You can do that by touching the Menu icon, followed by the App Garage and the Vehicle Apps Manager icons

If you require roadside assistance, just touch the headset icon on your Infiniti InTouch™ screen to access the voice menu, and say the words ”Roadside Assistance”. You’ll instantly be connected to an agent who can dispatch towing or appropriate third-party services to your location.

EMERGENCY CALL

Should you ever find yourself in need of help, or in an accident where the air bags don’t deploy, simply press the SOS button in the overhead console to be connected—through a hands-free voice call—to a live Response Specialist.

INFORMATION TRANSMISSION
Once you press the SOS button, Infiniti InTouch™ will automatically transmit your GPS coordinates, as well as vehicle details like make, model and color, to a specially trained agent who can dispatch appropriate emergency services to your location.

REPORT STOLEN VEHICLE

Using sophisticated tracking technology, the Report Stolen Vehicle feature can help pinpoint your vehicle’s location and assist police in recovering it, in the unfortunate event that it is ever taken.
