Senses lane drift to help get your vehicle back on track. As the first company to equip its vehicles with a Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system, Infiniti delivers technology that looks ahead. LDP watches for drift between lanes while driving and automatically compensates to help you ease your car back into the lane of travel. When turning on, the sensors above the rearview mirror gauge distance from the lane markers. LDP lightly taps selected brakes when necessary to help you ease your car back into the proper lane. But you never give up control. It's a safety feature, not an override.

An industry first innovation that helps you detect and avoid vehicles in the blind spot area. The world's first Blind Spot Intervention™ system uses sensors to help alert you to a vehicle detected in your blind spot and help you avoid it. First, a visual warning appears if another vehicle enters your blind spot in an adjacent lane. Then, an audible warning will sound if you begin moving towards the occupied lane, and the system will apply opposite-side brakes to help you guide your vehicle back to the center of your current driving lane.

Infiniti's world-first Hydraulic Body Motion Control system helps bring sedan-like handling to SUV power and size. It monitors cornering force and distributes variables pressure to either the outer or inner suspension for a more even stance. The result is one you'll feel with minimized body lean and a smoother ride at all speeds.

Back-Up Collision Intervention is a world's-first technology that intelligently senses what the driver may miss, to help protect from a potential collision when backing up. When in reverse, the system detects crossing traffic as well as large stationary objects behind you. When an approaching vehicle is detected you will hear an audible alert and see a flashing light indicating its oncoming direction. The brakes will then automatically engage to help avoid a collision.
